Walk up to the counter, pick your style---a giant burrito, burrito bowl, soft or crispy tacos or a romaine salad---then choose the fillings and accompaniments (steak or diced chicken breast marinated in chipotle pepper adobo and grilled; seared pork seasoned with thyme, bay leaves, juniper berries and freshly cracked black pepper, then braised; spicy shredded barbacoa (beef) with chipotle pepper adobo, cumin, cloves, garlic and oregano; or vegetarian). It may all be enhanced by cilantro-lime rice, black beans and more. Wash it all down with your choice of margaritas, premium or domestic beer, bottled drinks or sodas.
