| Chloe is the love child of Mary Ann and Dan Grimes, both experienced chefs, who transmit their affection for food through a diverse menu and imaginative specials. It's rather like eating with friends and sharing whatever they have to offer. Will it be Dijon mussels this evening, or a roasted beet and orange salad? Do you like the sound of grilled salmon over crispy polenta with sweet and sour eggplant chutney, or could they be serving those good baby-back ribs with sweet potato bread pudding? Bring an appropriate bottle of wine, and stay for dessert. The no-reservations policy makes dining here on the weekends challenging, and you can expect to wait for a table just about any night. |
