| Located across from the State Capitol, this refined steakhouse features a cosmopolitan interior with expansive windows opening onto a busy pedestrian area. The location makes it a popular spot for the state's movers and shakers to woo one another, but it is also a great choice for a celebratory meal. Diners are greeted with an oversize meat case, stocked with the corn-fed dry-aged beef for which Chops is known. The menu offers all the staples of a traditional steakhouse, from filet mignon to prime rib, and guests may choose their cut and sauce, which includes a porcini mushroom gravy and traditional béarnaise. Plenty of fresh seafood is available, as well as a daily fish special. |
