Ciao Bella Restaurant Review: Every kind of diner feels at home at Ciao Bella, from couples to diehard sports fan, glimpsing the game at the bar. The romantic ambience of the grotto seating area caters to date night, while families might prefer the warm, inviting main dining room. The kitchen turns out classic Italian and Greek comfort fare including chicken, pork and veal served in numerous preparations and paired with a variety of pastas and sauces. An Italian fish stew and pan-seared red snapper over angel hair pasta indicate the breadth of the seafood dishes. Local Woodson Ridge Farms is the source of much of Ciao Bella’s produce, allowing chef Jonathan Steenerson to use vegetables picked that very morning. Special dietary requirements, such as vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free, are accommodated upon request. House-made sorbetti and gelati rank among our favorites for dessert. The small wine list offers selections from mostly California and Italy. |
