Cielo Restaurant Review: If you’re staying at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, Cielo is a solid (and convenient) dining option. The views from the 27th-floor venue are commanding, and the à la carte menu features some nice appetizers, plus caviar selections. Classic dishes such as oysters Rockefeller and Châteaubriand are found alongside free-range chicken and lamb chops. Guests can enhance their beef or seafood choice with an array of sauces. Seared foie gras with perigourdine sauce made with truffles and Cognac are also on the menu. Nothing rounds out a heavy carnivorous meal like a velvety butter cake, which is one of the many desserts. A lengthy wine list, a full bar and an array of ports make this a dining experience worth gambling on.
