Contemporary taqueria-style fare is marked by innovative sauces and island flavors; chef-owner Paris Nabavi calls the creative menu “A fresh take on Old Mexico.” An ono taco is topped with jicama slaw and tamarind-garlic alino. Or try the margarita shrimp burrito with roasted poblano and onion rajas; the hearty mariposa salad with romaine, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, cotija cheese and tortilla strips with a tequila-lime vinaigrette; spinach, mushroom and poblano enchiladas; and pineapple taquitos with coconut and crema fresca. Tortillas are made daily by hand.
