CinCin Restaurant Review: Michael Wei, owner of Yangming in Bryn Mawr and a partner at Nectar in Berwyn, delivers much appreciated upscale Chinese cuisine to the northern Philly neighborhood of Chestnut Hill. Dark wood accents and etched glass panels enhance this tasteful spot, with forgiving lighting and soft music. Have a cocktail, and enjoy the crab meat and asparagus salad with jícama, red onions, red paper, Thai basil and lime; the grilled rack of lamb with rosemary lemon grass and soy marinade; or another spicy dish --- saké wild-peppered chicken. Brandy-infused Szechuan beef can also light a fire. Seafood in a noodle basket, and a grilled whole fish, are milder. For dessert, try the white chocolate crème brûlée or a chocolate soufflé.
