Ciopinot Seafood Grille & Oyster Bar Restaurant Review: Given its name, it should come as no surprise that Ciopinot specializes in cioppinos and Pinots. There are lots of the latter on the extensive wine list, and three of the former on the menu. All the cioppinos are cooked to order, so, for instance, if you’re not crazy about calamari you can request its omission. One of the most popular items is the cioppino broth served without any seafood at all. Consider, too, the fresh fish dishes, such as the Asian take on Scottish salmon or the rich seafood fettuccine, and the flat-iron steak. For dessert, go for the seasonal fruit cobblers or pistachio gelato. In addition to a full bar, there are many by-the-glass and half-bottle wines, and while there’s no corkage on your first four bottles, plan on taking advantage of what this enjoyable selection has to offer.
