Claim Jumper Restaurant Review: Wild West-themed, this noisy restaurant’s cavernous space is decorated with log walls, river rocks, corrugated tin and fireplaces. The national chain is well known for its over-the-top portions and extensive, something-for-everyone menu. Signature dishes include a roasted tri-tip and shrimp combo, a baby-back ribs and rotisserie chicken combo, and a chop salad topped with ground steak. The 26-ounce prime rib or the equally weighty porterhouse steak will delight carnivores. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available. All entrées include soup, salad, a starch and bread.
