 For more than 25 years, The Coach House has been at the forefront of Oklahoma's fine-dining establishments. Owner-executive chef Kurt Fleischfresser is known for his "slow food" gastronomic philosophy. He takes advantage of the local bounty and utilizes Oklahoma-grown venison, beef and lamb, plus heirloom tomatoes and peaches when in season. Artisan bread is brought in from Tulsa. Fleischfresser will design a dinner for his guests, or they may choose from a monthly-changing menu incorporating recipes from his travels around the world. We recommend the rack of lamb and the grilled filet of beef, served with your choice of sauces. You might also find roast organic chicken or, on a lighter note, sautéed Dover sole. Ask the server to help you choose a complementary wine for your entrée from the list. The Coach House boasts a large, ever-changing selection of rare and distinctive wines---including vintage Bordeaux and selected cult wines. Desserts may include a Grand Marnier soufflé or warm chocolate cake.
