Flavorful guacamole is muddled tableside and served with warm tortillas at this upscale, atmospheric Mexican “bistro” convenient to Union Square theatres. Meaty entrées and a long menu of prime tequilas also add to the restaurant’s appeal. The burritos may not trump those found on Mission Street, but the atmosphere and attention to service at Colibri more than compensate.
