Compass Arizona Grill Restaurant Review: You know the saying: the higher the restaurant, the higher the prices. The high prices at the redubbed Compass Arizona Grill keep it from joining the ranks of what are considered hot-spots, but it's still a good place to bring out-of-towners or older children for a special evening. Arizona's only revolving restaurant, Compass has a circular dining room on the Hyatt's 24th floor offering one of the city's best views. The menu is now more Mediterranean, not Southwestern, but there are nods to border cuisine with shrimp ceviche, a duck tostada, and achiote brined pork chop. Reliable standards like beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes, pan-seared chicken accompanied by German potato salad, and sea bass with asparagus fingerling hash comprise the rest of the repertoire.
