Crabby Jack's Restaurant Review: Crabby Jack’s may not look like much from the outside, but wait until you taste the food. With its counter-service format and menu of traditional local dishes and creative lunchtime concoctions, expect a true New Orleans food experience. In addition to the classic po' boy fillings, Crabby Jack's offers tender breaded rabbit and roasted duck soaked in gravy. There are red beans and rice, muffalettas, fried chicken and salads as healthy or as decadent as you care to make them, while fish tacos composed of hard-shell tortillas, salmon, salsa and cheddar are better than even nature intended. Big portions are the order of the day. Also a fresh seafood market, Crabby Jack’s offers boiled shrimp, crabs and crawfish in season. |
