Part of its method is to offer quick, casual dining instead of pricey, semi-formal service set to live jazz music. Breeze in and grab a beignet (a sugary pastry similar to a doughnut) and a cup of chicory coffee at breakfast or perhaps a bowl of gumbo or crawfish etouffée in the afternoon, and depart with your stomach satisfied and your wallet hardly lightened. Not a bad concept at all especially given the shopping mall location.
