 Custom House Restaurant Review: With its oceanfront setting, Custom House draws its fair share of tourists and beachgoers, especially on the front patio during sunny summer days. Breakfasts are hearty, but basic. At lunch, go for solid seaside dishes such as steamers, fish ‘n’ chips, or even the ahi tostaditas --- a spin on nachos with sashimi. For dinner entrées, the local wild salmon is hard to beat (when it’s in season), but we’ve also enjoyed St. Louis-style ribs. For dessert, go for the seasonal olallieberry pie if it’s available, which is baked just down the road. The full bar makes a spicy Bloody Mary worthy of the view, there’s beer on tap and a decent wine list, too. |
