Cuvee Bistro Restaurant Review: Cuvee Bistro proprietor and executive chef Tim Creehan offers American cuisine with French, Mediterranean and Asian influences at his Destin restaurant. Appetizers include crispy flatbread pizzas while entrées range from lamb shank braised with sherry and pearl onions, carrots and peas to penne with jumbo Gulf shrimp and crushed red pepper pomodoro sauce. End the meal with white chocolate banana cream pie. Happy hour is Monday-Saturday from 5 p.m.-9 p.m., when select martinis are available for $5, among other libations; a limited half-price bar menu is part of the mix, too.
