About the restaurant: Co-owner/maître d’hôtel Nick Peyton and co-owner and chef Douglas Keane have reopened Cyrus (formerly located in Healdsburg) in Geyserville.
Food & Drinks: Guests embark on a “Dining Journey,” a progressive tasting menu that begins in the Bubbles Lounge with canapés, proceeds to the Kitchen Table, and continues in the dining room. Dishes may include Seared Scallop, Gem Lettuce, Ponzu; Red Wine Risotto, Parmesan Froth, White Truffles; and Beef, Squash, Matsutake. There is also a vegetarian version of the menu.
