Just staying the course in the North End is no easy task, but this Sicilian-owned kitchen has managed the trick for many years in its outpost on Brookline's Harvard Street. Besides your basic linguine and clams dishes, it specializes in some admirably fresh seafood like monkfish Marsala, littlenecks in a Sicilian-style brodo (broth), and has one trump card which has brought thousands back again and again---fried calamari, so crispy and ocean-sweet, nipped with lemon and dabbed with olive oil, that it has a rightful claim to being the best in the business.
