Belgian chocolate makers really do know their stuff, and nowhere more so than at the various De Baere’s dotted around the richer parts of town. Their bitter chocolate mousse is to-die-for, but all their pastries are fantastic, too. There’s a pastry shopping section, and a delightful tearoom where they serve all day from continental breakfasts to scrumptious teas.
