Del Fuego Taqueria Restaurant Review: Del Fuego Taqueria is located on one of the busiest blocks on Magazine Street. Start with a margarita, made with any of 101 pure agave mescals and tequilas. A variety of salsas and guacamole are house-made, and serve as complements to tacos composed with your choice of carne asada, chicken, fish or shrimp, and even beef tongue. To his credit, chef Dave Wright makes all of his tortillas from scratch. As is often the case in Mexican restaurants, there is little emphasis on wine at Del Fuego, but there are some killer desserts. We suggest the white chocolate lime cake with strawberries.
