The owners of Delhi Dhaba, Arlington’s oldest Indian carry-out, have come up with an even speedier solution to your dining needs: a fast, fast Delhi Dhaba, with many of the dishes precooked and simmering at a buffet counter. Of course, there’s a menu too, where you’ll find limited selections of lamb, chicken and vegetarian specialties. Every item is budget priced. We love the Delhi Dhaba Special, a goat-meat curry, which may also turn up on the buffet line. The prices are so low that you can afford to eat here several times a week. Portions are ample; the flavors, full. Like its Arlington cousin, the Express offers tables, but this is low-brow dining. For fancier surroundings, go to the Bethesda location.
