Open into the wee hours of the night, Deli Haus draws crowds that range from sordid to sophisticated, which is another way of saying everyone who has the munchies. Club-kids, Euros, preppies who stayed up to watch Saturday Night Live---everyone is here, happy and hungry. The food is classic diner chow, straight-up. The encyclopedic menu includes knockwurst, lox, steak and eggs, reubens and a description of a Mexican omelet that begins, OK, Tough Guy. Need we say more?
