 A renovation as well as a redo of the menu under the direction of chef Paul McCabe has Delicias hopping again. Flatbreads including a spicy chorizo with jalapeño and lime version are part of the line-up, along with appetizers like roasted artichokes. There's also chef McCabe’s famous beet and pistachio brittle salad, and mains of natural bison, braised pork shoulder and white bass. Oenophiles will appreciate the extensive wine list. Sunday is family night, and features pastas and pizzas appealing to the kids, while Thursday honors the art of fine burgers, occasionally with live music.
