 The décor evokes the desert surroundings, but the cuisine goes beyond the borders of the Southwest. The menu offers main dishes such as a roasted sole, Chilean sea bass, lemon chicken with preserved lemon, and aged rib-eye. Red wine-braised beef short ribs are a signature dish. Diners can also enjoy happy hour on weekdays, as well as entertainment in the piano bar.
