THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED DG Burger Restaurant Review:

Chef Charlie Palmer carved out his casual DG Burger space from the private room of his Charlie Palmer at Bloomingdale’s South Coast Plaza restaurant. And while DG Burger is only open for lunch until 4 p.m. (at night the space transforms back into a private room), the burgers here are worth the day trip. Chef Palmer’s burger comes very rare with cabbage, tomato, red onion, “special” sauce and a super soft semolina potato bun. The fries are rather salty, but also crispy and light. There is very small wine and beer list.
