 Sunset and city views make a fine combination for romance at the cliff-side resort. The seasonally changing menu offers contemporary American cuisine with global accents. Many of the herbs and vegetables featured on the menu grow on the hillside below the restaurant. Highlights include appetizers like steamed mussels in saffron honey broth, or venison carpaccio with cherry tarragon compote. An entrée of pan-seared organic lamb loin is paired with sweet corn risotto, while the lobster arrives with enormous pancetta-wrapped prawns.
