District Wine Restaurant Review

: A wine-passionate local couple founded this intimate wine bar/lounge/retail shop, where folks drop in for tastings and small bites. There are usually about 30 wines poured by the glass at any given time, representative of a global, interesting inventory. There are also a dozen or so different craft beers of various styles available. Tapas include a tapenade of peas, garlic and Parmesan served with a baguette; Pinot-braised pork belly; cheese and charcuterie plates; and flatbreads. Comfortable chairs and bottomless Mimosas on Sundays encourage lingering and mingling in this handsome Long Beach spot.
