| Dot Wo pairs San Francisco-style Chinese cuisine with Oklahoman hospitality. The menu is an assemblage of traditional favorites and unique offerings. Some of the specialties include Hong Kong-inspired jellyfish, deep-fried pork intestine and hot and spicy frogs’ legs. If you’re not particularly adventurous, stick with the familiar. Fish symbolizes prosperity, so satisfy your seafood hankerings with plates of enormous steamed oysters or sea bass baked with cilantro, green onions and ginger in a light brown broth. Or try clams in black bean sauce---a generous bowl of huge, spicy clams in the shell simmering with onions. Our favorite is the hot-and-spicy shrimp with rice, but carnivores will want to try the Mongolian beef, sliced thin, stir-fried with green onions and hot peppers and served over rice noodles. The “light” menu proffers beautifully steamed vegetables with chicken or shrimp. The kid's menu is a good value and includes options for picky young eaters. In addition, the daily lunch specials are a bargain that include soup, an egg roll, fried shrimp, a crab rangoon and rice with your selected entrée. |
