Dutch's Hamburgers Restaurant Review:
Restaurateur Lou Lambert preceded DFW's current burger craze with this burgers-and-beer café opposite Texas Christian University. Located in a historic building, the space is fresh, airy and light, with vintage photos of Dutch Meyer, TCU’s legendary coach. The real stars, however, are the giant burgers that pair organic beef and sweet, yeasty buns. The blue ribbon goes to the blue cheese-bacon burger with crunchy buttermilk onion rings on the side. Good grazing is also found in the Frito pie, sliders, chicken sandwich with green chilies, and the country Cobb salad. Pair your meal with a drink from the wide beer selection.
