Eddie V's Edgewater Grille Restaurant Review: For a steak and seafood occasion, Eddie V’s offers guests polished service and fresh fare. Dine at a private booth or in the lounge to check out the bar scene. Serious seafood lovers should cut to the chase and start with the “shellfish tower” appetizer --- Maine lobster, shrimp, oysters and jumbo lump crab. It’s safe to say Eddie V’s is not going for subtle on the seafood extravagance. Another case in point is the crab tray. Think dessert tray, but with beautifully displayed stone crab, king crab, Dungeness crab and whatever else is in season. If shellfish isn’t your thing, opt for Chilean sea bass with light soy broth, or Parmesan-crusted sole with lemon-garlic butter. Diners looking to stay on dry land can opt for the steaks or chops, including a hearty 22-ounce USDA Prime bone-in rib-eye. Service is very attentive and impeccably timed. |
