THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Edelweiss Restaurant Review: The classically German food at this homey Bavarian-style gasthaus and restaurant is hardy and robust. Crisp wienerschnitzel with whipped potatoes is the way to go. Veal bratwurst and garlic sausage with sauerkraut are equally fine. The huge beer selection offers many obscure German brews on tap, and the wine list includes some exceptional Bavarian choices. The staff is casual and effective, and clearly feel as at-home as the patrons. Stop in for a stein at the outdoor biergarten.
