Avenue Art District, Elements is a neighborhood restaurant where the VIPs and gourmands from around the city come to dine on such starters as purée of potato and celery heart with asparagus soup or seared sea bass with portobellos. The Hawaiian monchong filet with bok choy in a spicy soy broth is a dish to target if it’s on the menu that evening.
