One of the Mission’s rare Vietnamese restaurants, Elephant Bleu serves food with a hearty, home-cooked slant. There’s a wide selection of filling vermicelli dishes and first-rate barbecued pork. The pho soup is particularly tasty. The eatery is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, which makes it a good late-night stop.
