| Eli's could become your place. It's a spot where the bartender looks up when you come in---and if he knows you, your drink will be ready by the time you sit down. Quiz them about their extensive selection of scotch and bourbons, and they’ll chat the night away. The tables are tightly spaced together, but the neighbors don't seem to care when they get nudged.
