Located in the center of Fairmont Chicago's sunken lobby, ENO offers imported and domestic cheeses, specialty chocolates and a global wine list with dozens of wines available by the glass. In other words, forget the diet --- if only for a day. Then, start with a flight of texturally varied goat’s milk cheeses or indulge in rule-bending blues alongside artisanal charcuterie and handmade, floral-scented truffles --- guilt-free. There is another, cozier location in the InterContinental Hotel Chicago, 505 N. Michigan Ave., 312-321-8738.
