Swing by for a beautiful European reserve or boutique vintage, and chances are you'll leave with freshly made pâté in your hand and a baguette under your arm as well. Gables businesspeople frequent this petite café during lunch hours, and suburban residents grab up gastronomic goodies to take home for supper grazing. Choose from truffle mousse or duck à l'orange pâté, among others, or the simple Norwegian smoked salmon sandwich dressed with cream cheese and capers. We live for the hot German garlic sausage sandwich, accompanied by an imported beer from the modest selection. Tart and flaky apple strudel is made fresh daily.
