Esty Street Restaurant Review: Nestled on a quiet back road, Esty Street has all the looks and manners of a sophisticated country club. While personal and unique, it is also cognizant of the impact of the many cultures that call America home. You’ll find Asian, continental, and Hispanic and American regional echoes in many dishes. There is also creative light and healthful fare in nightly specials called “nourishing traditions.” Local ingredients shine in the entrée of diver day boat scallops served with sautéed New Jersey corn in season, chanterelle mushrooms and fingerling potatoes. And again in desserts such as “bleu berryrhubarb” --- a sweet ending with buttermilk panna cotta, blue berry compote and house-made ice cream. The wine list is extensive and the service for it knowledgeable.
