Faidley's Restaurant Review: It's a stand-up lunch counter only. It is decidedly more fish market than eatery. And its Lexington Market home has seen better days. That said, if you're looking for one of the very best crab cakes this city has to offer (and yes, we realize this is arguable), Faidley's gets our vote. It’s no surprise---this family-owned business has been making them since 1886. So line up with all those knowledgeable locals and tourists and go whole hog for the jumbo lump version, fried or broiled, when it comes your turn to order. One bite will make a believer of you. The company also caters, and ships its delicacies far and wide. |
