Fajita Flats Restaurant Review: Like its suburban counterpart, this location is party central to families. It also attracts those looking for good margaritas and good times in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Lest the dining room quiet down for a moment, the waiters are at the ready, leading guests in a rousing version of the Macarena from atop the tiny bar. At other times, they grab diners out of their chairs for lively line dances. People actually eat here, too, and not just the Tex-Mex that gives the restaurant its name. Seafood is surprisingly well prepared, especially the camarones diablo, a spicy shrimp specialty of the Gulf Coast. |
