The salad bar with all the traditional trimmings in this spacious buffet emporium is adjacent to the salsa bar which complements Mexican specialties like chile rellenos and tacos. Backed by a colorful tile wall, El Paso Chili Co. offers shredded chicken and beef, and Mexican corn. Spaghetti and meatballs, fettuccine Alfredo and pizzas are turned out at Panhandle Pasta Co. Asian favorites such as Singapore noodles are displayed under a bright green pagoda-shaped awning. Hearty Heartland cuisine, including turkey Tetrazzini and black-eyed peas, is served under a canopy crafted with corrugated-box material. Kids of all ages like to fill the dessert station’s ice cream cones--with vanilla and chocolate frozen yogurt---and help themselves to the traditional pies and cakes. Breakfast $6.99 (children 4-10 $4.99); Lunch $8.99 (children 4-10 $6.99); Dinner $11.99 (children 4-10 $10.99); Brunch $9.99 (children 4-10 $8.99).
