awards ceremony is Sounds of the
City. In addition to the categories
below, the James Beard Foundation also honored
"America's Classics,"
presented by Coca-Cola. This year's restaurants
included Hansen’s Sno-Bliz, New Orleans; Nick’s
Italian Café, McMinnville, OR; Olneyville New
York System, Providence, RI; Perini Ranch
Steakhouse, Buffalo Gap, TX; and
Sokolowski’s University Inn,
Cleveland.
