Fiorella's Restaurant Review: Bustling Decatur Street in the French Quarter hosts all types of eateries. But Fiorella’s showcases a full range of down-to-earth New Orleans specialties. Most popular is the fried chicken, which has a local touch, accompanied by the house red beans and rice, making it one of the do-not-miss treats of the city. You'll also find respectable renderings of fried shrimp or oyster po' boys, and such daily plate specials as grilled pork chops, meatloaf, and shell pasta with sausage and tomato sauce. For dessert, we suggest the bread pudding made with brioche. Italian wines shape the short list, and local brews on draught also are available. Table service is as informal as it gets, and the spontaneous clutter of the dining rooms (two with bars) endures.
