Fireside Dining Restaurant Review: At this restaurant in the Empire Canyon Lodge, four courses are prepared in different fireplaces. The first course of Raclette features an assortment of dried and cured meats, pickled onions, chutneys and boiled potatoes. The second offers a selection of stews composed of meats, wild mushrooms, seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs. Another fireplace prepares roasted meats while the last produces chocolate, caramel and white chocolate Grand Marnier fondues.
