Dining here buoys a sense of kinship with the seas, even in the décor: white, black-strapped hanging lamps resemble life preservers, hefty fish hooks dangle over diners in booths, and four cross-hatched glass walls facing the river create an aquarium tank illusion. The marine cuisine casts a wide net. Plunge into sophisticated raw bar selections such as Hawaiian ahi tartare complemented by Asian pear, chili, ginger, yuzu pepper, shallot and shiso.
