Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Restaurant Review:

Fleming’s classic selection of steaks and seafood and dedicated approach to wine service sets it apart from the steakhouse chain gang. There’s a frequently changing selection of 100 wines by the glass, as well as bottles offered from a limited reserve list, and the requisite bone-in rib-eye and New York strip, double-thick pork rib chops, tuna mignon and seared curry scallops. Salads and sides --- order the chipotle mac ‘n’ cheese and the sautéed green beans --- round out the menu and add panache to a meal. For dessert, we suggest the crème brûlée. Some folks flock to the bar for dynamite happy hour specials.
