An inviting, friendly atmosphere greets guests at Fleming’s, with its custom made alabaster chandeliers, rich cherry wood accents, and sweeping hardwood floors. Spacious booths, banquettes, and carefully arranged tables allow generous spacing for intimate dining. No frozen beef is ever found here, and Fleming’s features USDA prime corn-fed Midwestern beef, aged and hand-cut daily into generously thick steaks. Fleming’s à la carte menu offers an exceptional array of fresh seafood, such as Pacific swordfish, ahi mignon, salmon filet and lobster tails. Appetizers include Fleming’s onion rings and seafood delights, such as scallops sauté, barbecued shrimp, Dungeness crab cocktail, and smoked salmon flatbread. Desserts include caramel apple pie, cheesecake and fruit cobbler, crème brûlée, and finally the Chocolate Seduction---a moist chocolate cake with layers of pudding drizzled with ganache. Fleming’s offers an exceptional wine collection (with more than 100 options served by the glass) from Washington, Oregon and California, as well as imported selections. In addition, guests may sample wines from the reserve list in Fleming’s wine vault.
