Flying Bridge Restaurant Review:

Flying Bridge is one of the half-dozen restaurants at the trendy TradeWinds Island Grand Beach Resort that stretches out along the Gulf of Mexico. And while the food is casual, the view is striking. The all-day menu features salads, sandwiches, barbecue beef and ribs plus whatever else can be quickly prepared in a limited kitchen. Heart-healthy and highly portable wraps are especially popular. After 5 p.m., some additional menu items include salmon, grouper, chicken and shrimp. Service is usually fast (unless the place is hopping) and always friendly. Lingering over the view is recommended, so eat slowly.
