Indeed, the kitchen tackles everything from conch and cuttlefish to live lobster, abalone and sea cucumber. If you instead crave orange beef or General Tso’s chicken, you won’t be disappointed. But perhaps most of us keep coming back for the rattling dim sum carts carrying the steamed pork, shrimp or shark’s fin dumplings, turnip cakes, spring rolls, pork buns and the rich egg custard tarts.
