Filled with Native American textiles and rugs, massive wood beams and mountain photography, and with a spectacular view of 12,000-foot Mount Timpanogos, the Foundry Grill raises high expectations that are generously met, from the book-sized slices of cinnamon-apple french toast with cider-rum butter to the sun-dried tomato pizza to the T-bone steak glazed with rosemary jus and partnered by chunky roasted-garlic mashed potatoes.
