Francine Bistro Restaurant Review

: While there are only four appetizers and four entrées offered each evening, it's more than enough to satisfy. Chef Brian Hill takes local to the next level and changes the menu each day, with dishes such as sweet corn soup with shiitakes and basil, duck fat fried chicken and slow-smoked pork ribs, or zucchini basil risotto with rock crab. Desserts are straightforward; a chocolate torte comes with a house-made smoked-almond ice cream and quince while the tiramisu is made with white chocolate. The wine list is small but mighty and honors the wines of the region as well as old-world and new-world styles.
